Why does my 2018 BMW X5 show chassis stabilization warnings and pull to one side?

A customer's 2018 BMW X5 xDrive35i had chassis warnings and pulled to one side. We found a bent left-front lower control arm and a damaged left-rear toe link. We replaced both, recalibrated the systems, and did a four-wheel alignment.
